This warranty covers defects in workmanship resulting from improper installation or construction performed by MY GUY Construction Services. If an issue related to our workmanship arises within five (5) years from the project completion date, we will assess the concern and, where applicable, make the necessary repairs at no cost to the client.

 

What This Warranty Covers

• Installation-related workmanship issues

• Labour required to correct covered workmanship defects

• Repairs to work completed directly by MY GUY Construction Services

 

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by severe weather, natural events, or acts of God

• Damage resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, or modifications by others

• Materials or products covered under separate manufacturer warranties

 

Warranty Terms

• This warranty applies only to the original property owner

• Proof of original work completion may be required

• Warranty claims must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after the issue is discovered
